Tracy attended Sisters of Charity School of Nursing in Buffalo New York. While in school, Tracy worked as a nurse at Agassiz Village camp in Maine, a camp for unprivileged and special needs children. Upon graduation Tracy decided to take a position at Children's Hospital, Boston. She held many roles at Children’s Hospital during her tenure of 10 years. After Children’s, Tracy transitioned to home infusion and worked as a home infusion nurse for 11 years. Realizing that she wanted to take a more active role in advocating for children and families Tracy teamed up with her friend and now business partner, Laurie, and opened T.L. Connections. Tracy’s passion is helping others to be the best that they can be. she prides herself on advocating for both her patients and her staff. Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and friends hiking, biking and just chatting. She is proud of the fact that the team at T.L. Connections makes a difference in the community by spreading professionalism, kindness and empathy.
Laurie received her BS in nursing from Fitchburg State University. She began her nursing career working in Connecticut caring for families and their newborns. Soon after, Laurie went on to work in the NICU at Children’s Hospital, Boston. After 6 ½ years in that role, Laurie transitioned to her current specialty working in home infusio
Laurie received her BS in nursing from Fitchburg State University. She began her nursing career working in Connecticut caring for families and their newborns. Soon after, Laurie went on to work in the NICU at Children’s Hospital, Boston. After 6 ½ years in that role, Laurie transitioned to her current specialty working in home infusion therapy. Several years of working in the infusion therapy field Laurie decided it was time to take her skills and passion for home infusion to the next level.
In 2007, she and Tracy, her business partner and friend of many years, opened T.L. Connections. Laurie is a servant leader who cares deeply about maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment for the staff who report to her. She finds joy in spending time with her family and her dog Neechi.
